Go to Settings → Manage Children → Add New Child. Enter their name (or pseudonym), select their stage/year level, and optionally add a profile photo or emoticon. You can manage multiple children under one account.
Curriculum outcomes are standards set by each Australian state's education authority that describe what students should know and be able to do. Homeschooling families must demonstrate learning aligned with these outcomes for compliance. BeyondWalls supports all Australian state curriculums and helps you track and report on these automatically.
When you write an activity description, our AI (powered by AWS Claude) analyses the content and suggests 3-5 relevant curriculum outcomes. It prioritises outcomes from your selected main subject and detects secondary subjects. You can accept, modify, or manually select different outcomes.
Yes! Go to Activity History, click on any activity, and you'll see options to Edit or Delete. You can modify descriptions, change outcomes, add/remove photos, or delete the entire activity. Changes are saved immediately.
Go to Reports → Select your child → Choose report type (Subject-based or Quarterly) → Select date range → Generate PDF. The report includes all activities, outcomes, photos, and a professional summary suitable for regulatory requirements.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and Australian-hosted servers (AWS). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. New users may be eligible for a free trial (if currently offered). Check the Billing section in your account for current pricing and plan options. You can cancel anytime.
Yes! BeyondWalls is available as a mobile app for both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). You can also access the web version from any browser. All data syncs across devices automatically.
AI suggestions are guidance only - you always have final control. You can reject AI suggestions, manually search for specific outcomes, or edit suggested outcomes. The AI learns from context but isn't perfect, so always review and verify based on your professional judgment.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data (except billing records required by law) will be deleted within 7 business days.
Can't log in or forgot password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset via email. If you don't receive the email, check spam/junk folders. Still having issues? Contact support@beyondwalls.app
Photo upload failing?
Ensure photo file size is under 10MB and format is JPG, PNG, or HEIC. Check your internet connection. If using mobile app, grant camera/photo library permissions in device settings.
AI features not working?
Check your internet connection (AI requires online access). Ensure your subscription is active. If AI times out, try again with a shorter activity description or fewer photos.
Reports not generating?
Ensure you have activities logged in the selected date range. Try a different date range or report type. Clear browser cache if using web version. Report generation requires active subscription.
Mobile app not syncing?
Pull down to refresh on Activity History screen. Check internet connection. Log out and log back in. Ensure you're using the latest app version (check App Store/Google Play for updates).
How to Permanently Delete Your Account:
